At TAFE NSW Lidcombe, the next generation of plasterers are making their mark and breaking a few barriers along the way. Among them are Amity and Louis, two best friends proving that teamwork, determination and the right tools can build more than just walls, they can build futures.  In an industry dominated by men, Louis shares “We clicked liked that and it was just so good having that other female with me, just doing it together and keeping the boys in check. One day I want to have my own business and have more females working for me.”
