Telpro Panellifts were introduced by Wallboard Tools, which greatly changed the way plasterboard was lifted and fixed in place.
Wallboard's second warehouse was opened in Burleigh, Queensland.

Wallboard Tools launched the Trim-Tex Drywall Products trins range with the Archway beads, the first product to create interest.

Tapepro Tools commenced manufacturing the "blue tool" range in Australia and Wallboard Tools was granted the distribution.
The company's third warehouse was opened at Keilor East in Victoria.
