Proof of Purchase must be supplied for warranty repairs (NB Warranty does not cover wear parts)Warranty replacements are to be referred to Wallboard Tools and are limited to goods deemed faulty within 7 days of purchase. All return requests must be approved by Wallboard Tools. Return Request forms will be issued an RMA number and will be faxed back to customers so that a copy of the form can be forwarded with the faulty goods. Replacement goods will be invoiced and credits processed when faulty goods are received back at Wallboard Tools.
