Why are Wallboard Tools Access Panels so popular?
Wallboard Tools Standard Access Panels are designed for use in areas where sound or fire rating is not required. Our Standard range is economical and strong with both Metal and MDF panels available. The Metal Access Panels are manufactured using powder coated, 1mm steel for both the frame and the door. Panels are available in Set Bead surround and feathered Flanged finish with the choice of a budget lock or tip latch. Our MDF frames have a 1mm powder coated metal frame in your choice of Set Bead or Flanged Finish, with a 15mm MDF-HMR door and budget lock. All of our Standard Access Panels come with both horizontal and vertical fixing lugs for quick and easy installation.
Wallboard Tools is also proud to supply Australia’s favourite Fire Rated Access Panels. Our Fire Rated range includes both a 1 hour panel with allen key lock and a 2 hour panel with a screw fixed face. Both 1 hour and 2 hour ranges have the choice of Set Bead or Flanged finish and are ava in standard 300×300, 450×450, 530×530 and 600x600mm sizes.
To ensure our panels reach their destination undamaged and ready to be installed, both the Standard and Fire Rated panels are individually boxed.
